Living with Knee Osteoarthritis?
See If You Qualify For Free Study
Knee osteoarthritis is one of the most common causes of chronic knee pain, affecting millions of adults each year. It occurs when the protective cartilage in the knee wears down over time, leading to stiffness, swelling, and persistent discomfort. Everyday activities — like walking, climbing stairs, or standing for long periods — can become painful and limit your quality of life.
While there’s currently no cure, research has shown that certain lifestyle factors, including weight management, can play an important role in reducing symptoms and improving mobility.
